Baking Traineeship
NGT Tasmania and their client have an excellent opportunity for an outgoing self motivated individual to join their dynamic team undertaking a nationally recognized qualification of Certificate II in Food Processing. This full time position is based in the clients production area specialising in bakery product manufacturing and is located in the Hobart CBD. This position will be working on a rotating roster and includes weekend work.
Duties:
- Production of a variety of bread and pizza products
- Setting Up and cleaning of machinery
- Weighing, measuring and mixing of ingredients
- Baking of products
The successful applicant will be:
- Physically fit
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to follow strict OH&S and food safety requirements
- Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to communicate well
- Able to interpret and follow recipes
